JKSSB Document Verification 2024 for Various Posts: Check Your Name and Dates

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued a revised notification regarding the document verification process for those falling under the consideration zone for various posts. This revised notification supersedes the earlier Notification No. JKSSB-COEOEXAM(UT)/14/2024-03 (7461700) dated 09-08-2024.

In light of requests from candidates, JKSSB has released a revised Annexure “A” and Annexure “B” to address the concerns and queries raised. These annexures detail the list of candidates who are required to appear for document verification, along with the schedule and venue.

Key Points:

  • The document verification will be held on 22-08-2024.
  • Candidates are required to appear in person for the verification process.
  • The verification will be conducted by the Document Verification Committees of the Board.

Candidates whose names appear in the revised Annexure “A” are required to attend the document verification process. This includes those who had applied for multiple advertisements but found discrepancies in the reflection of item numbers or advertisement notifications against their names in the earlier notification.

Important: If you are among the candidates mentioned in Annexure “A”, you must appear for the verification on the specified date. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your right to selection.

JKSSB DV Documents to bring along

Candidates must bring the following original documents along with self-attested copies to the verification:

  1. Copy of Application Forms
  2. Two recent passport-size color photographs
  3. Original Photo ID Proof (Aadhar card, Voter ID, PAN card, Passport, etc.)
  4. Date of Birth Certificate (10th Diploma/Marks card)
  5. Valid Category Certificate (if applicable)
  6. Domicile Certificate
  7. Marks Sheet of Matric/Matric with Science
  8. Prescribed Qualification/Certificates/Diplomas/Experience certificates as per Advertisement Notifications
  9. Bonafide Certificate from the Controller/Registrar of the concerned Institute/Board (for qualifications obtained outside UT of J&K)
  10. Checklist sheet/form (as per Annexure-C)
  11. Order of Preferences for various items/posts/advertisements (as per Annexure-D)

Final Opportunity for Document Submission

The JKSSB had previously offered candidates a last and final opportunity to submit clubbing requests in offline mode at JKSSB’s Central Offices in Jammu and Srinagar. These requests have been thoroughly examined, and the revised lists have been published accordingly. No further claims will be entertained.
