Understanding the Merit List:

If you find your name in the merit list, congratulations! Your journey toward becoming a paramedical professional is one step closer. However, there are several important points to note:

  1. Tie-Breaking Criteria: If two or more candidates have the same score, the tie has been resolved as per the guidelines mentioned in the e-Information Brochure, specifically at Point No. 12 on Page No. 27.
  2. Objections and Re-Totaling: Candidates who have any objections to their results can submit a written representation along with a payment receipt of ₹1000 for re-totaling of marks. This must be done within three days of the notification being uploaded on the official website.
  3. Correction of Particulars: If there are any discrepancies in your personal details such as name, parentage, date of birth, category certificate, or gender, you must visit the BOPEE office in Jammu or Srinagar within five days of the notification’s issuance to rectify these errors.
  4. Submission of Pending Documents: Candidates whose results were provisional due to pending documents, such as domicile certificates or valid reserved category certificates, must submit these before the counseling dates or during admission at the respective colleges.
  5. Reservation Policy Update: The seat allotment will be done according to the new reservation policy as per S.O 176 issued by the J&K Social Welfare Department on March 15, 2024. Candidates wishing to change their category under the new policy must submit the relevant certificates to the BOPEE office within five days of the notification.

Counseling and Seat Allotment:
