Important Instructions for Provisionally Selected Candidates
Candidates who have been provisionally selected must report to their allotted colleges/institutions by or before August 16, 2024 (up to 03:00 P.M.). They need to carry the following original documents for verification:
- Qualifying Marks Certificate (10+2+3): Proof of academic qualifications.
- Domicile Certificate: For candidates from UT of J&K/Ladakh (ST certificate for UT of Ladakh candidates).
- Category Certificate (if applicable): For candidates applying under reserved categories.
- Date of Birth Certificate: To verify the age of the candidate.
- Other Required Certificates: As per the college’s requirements.
Admission Process and Guidelines
The Heads of the Institutions/Colleges are instructed to ensure a smooth admission process, even on holidays/off days, to accommodate all candidates within the given timeframe. The admission process will be completed after verifying the eligibility and documents of the candidates.
Note:
- Candidates who conceal any information during admission will have their candidature canceled and may face penalties as per the Board’s rules.
- The allocation of seats has been done in accordance with the provisions of S.O. 176 of 2024 and S.O. 305 of 2024.
